Cavallaro SACEI, har undertecknat avtalet med Western PACKING och överfört depositionen för 3 uppsättningar av ultraljudsrörfyllnings- och tätningsmaskiner den 10 mars 2022.
I början av 2021 har Western PACKING blivit leverantör av tubfyllningsmaskinen och påsförpackningsmaskinen.

Sedan 2021 har Cavallaro lagt till en ny produktionslinje för dagliga kemiska produkter för tubförpackning för att möta individuella behov från de lokala olika hotellen.
At the beginning stage, they plan to get the tube filling sealing machine under trial production and sales purpose.
Vår Western PACKING är deras enda leverantör av tubfyllnings- och förseglingsmaskinen med vår ultraljudsrörfyllnings- och förseglingsmaskin.
the automatic ultrasonic tube fill seal machine is better choice for the OEM manufacturer( or other user who has need to transfer the different orders, as changing different product, or different tubes), or the user who need the ultrasonic tube machine to make replacement order for a bulk order, or make the lab/testing purpose order.
The ultrasonic tube filling sealing machine's advantages:
a. has much better flexibility than the traditional heating sealing tube machine, the user can transfer between the different orders very very quickly.
b. mycket lägre felfrekvens;
c. no need extra water cooling equipment's;
d. spara ström;
e. better protection for the highly sensitive-to-temperature cream/sauce
f. no any firing point, so can be used in the alcohol based sanitizer product filling while there is no need extra anti-explosion process to the heating parts.
Traditional tube filling sealing machine, only one advantage is higher output speed. We also have this machine( our old main recommended tube fill seal machine before 2019).
Our reference international customers of our ultrasonic tube filling sealing machine including Plasmadent inc.( NOVA GEL), Dr.Muller, NCC , Ainterol Organics, Delfica,it's skin, Plasma Dent, Shiseido, Whoo, Kose,Sofina,Ohui,Albion,Iope,Fancl, AERO-BW(Poland), etc.
As agreement, the three sets of the ultrasonic tube filling sealing machine will be ready at the middle of April.
